All of the industrial computing products and solutions 2IPS sells enjoy a three-year warranty that covers all manufacturing defects or operating issues that may occur during this period of time. We are committed to repairing or replacing any defective product as part of this three-year warranty.
After-sales service process

Here is the process to follow:
- Please contact our after-sale service team by phone or email. They will help you identify the issue and determine if your product needs to be shipped to us for repair.
- If your defective product needs to come in for repair, we will supply you with all the necessary instructions to ship your product to us. We ask our customers to kindly cover shipping costs.
- Once we have received your product, our team of qualified technicians will carry out a diagnostic and fix the issue. We will keep you informed of your product’s repair process every step of the way.
- As soon as your product is repaired, we will ship it back to you.
