A rigorous manufacturing process hardens the optical glass to ensure a high level of robustness and quality. The hardness of the slab reaches a value of 6 on the Mohs scale. It can easily be cleaned and can sustain the possible daily damages encountered in an industrial workshop or production line. Upon customer request, 2IPS can deliver an entire series of tests related to this technology (impact resistance, waterproof front face, anti-reflection, transmission, etc.)
